For the last two years, the Resource and Support Hub (RSH) has been delivering safeguarding mentorship in the Africa Hub. As this flagship activity comes to a close, it is time to reflect on the impact it has had for those involved and any lessons that can be learned more broadly.
This webinar took a deep dive into how the mentorship programme had been delivered in Ethiopia, Nigeria and South Sudan. The webinar explained the mentorship model for safeguarding and what adaptations had been made for each context. It looked at the key achievements as well as the lessons learned. Mentors and mentored organisations from all three Hubs joined to share their experiences and reflect on how mentorship had supported them on their journey on organisational safeguarding and investigations.
