Establishing a community and feedback mechanism is an essential component of safeguarding. However, setting up and managing a community feedback mechanism (CFM) that is safe, accessible and inclusive is not a tick box activity.

In this webinar, the panellists shared about RSH resource on How to design and manage community feedback mechanisms and also practical insights in managing an effective community feedback mechanism.

Oge Chukwudozie - National Representative for the Nigeria Hub and a safeguarding professional

Oge photoOge Chukwudozie is a safeguarding/protection professional, with over 15 years’ experience in the aid sector. She has worked with different organisations, including Africare, Christian Aid and Save the Children. Oge has worked in various thematic areas such as education, HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, nutrition and emergency response. She is currently the National Representative for the RSH Nigeria Hub.

 

Sabena Ogundele - Accountability Coordinator, Save the Children International, Nigeria

Sabena photoSabena Ogundele is an Accountability Specialist, with over 7 years’ experience in Humanitarian Accountability to Affected People. Her skills cuts across setting up and managing accountability systems. She also has core knowledge of multi donor and multi-sector requirements for AAP. Donor experience includes DFID, ECHO, NJR, FAO, UNICEF, NMFA, BHA while sector experience includes FSL, Child Protection, Nutrition, Education, WaSH. Sabena is currently an Accountability Coordinator with Save the Children International. She has a BSc in Economics and an MS degree in Disaster and Risk Management.

For over 20 years, she has worked in various private sector organizations in training, administrative, business development, and project management roles.
