INEQE Safeguarding Group are unique in so far as, whilst we are first and foremost safeguarding specialists, we also have an advanced in-house software development capability. The company delivers safeguarding solutions to a wide spectrum of clients, including both public and private sectors.

We provide safeguarding consultancy services (including independent reviews), 360-degree safeguarding health-checks, training (including webinars), safeguarding audit tools, safeguarding resources (including teaching resources) and app technology. Our services are designed to educate and empower people with the right information to safeguard children and young people both offline and online.

We use a 360-degree approach to safeguarding, that ensures we consider context in all of our safeguarding solutions.

We were established in 2011 and have a breadth of safeguarding and educational expertise. Our 33 members of staff combine a rich blend of specialist experience across a wide spectrum of professions, including safeguarding, education, social care, policing, IT, creative roles, research and legal. In addition, we have a number of subject matter experts who work on specific projects when required.

Based in the UK, we have an international reach and experience. Our services are delivered in English, but we have in-house capability to deliver services in Spanish and Makaton.

Our CEO is Jim Gamble QPM, a former senior police officer and founding CEO of CEOP. Widely recognised as a global subject matter expert, Jim is currently the Independent Child Safeguarding Commissioner of the City & Hackney Safeguarding Children Partnership and Independent Chair of the Bromley Safeguarding Children Partnership.
