GCPS, founded 2008, is a consulting firm specialising in helping organisations ensure the safety of children and other vulnerable groups. GCPS works with a wide range of clients across different sectors to identify and address safeguarding risks and child protection issues. The group has extensive experience and expertise in review, evaluation, audit and assessment. UK-based with links to consultants in other countries and able to provide support in all regions as well as remote services such as training. English, French and German speaking consultants but has also provided support in Spanish and Arabic and other languages.

Founder director Paul Nolan has over 35 years’ experience of working with children as practitioner, manager and global safeguarding advisor to a number of international NGOs and leads on child safeguarding , with particular expertise in policy development, training, audit and compliance, case management and investigations.
Director Corinne Davey has worked on child protection and safeguarding for over 10 years, formerly she supported international NGOs on organisational development and HR. She has led on girl safety, with expertise in technical support and capacity building. She also delivers training for groups including boards of directors.
Director Mary Robinson has an excellent track record as a consultant in the NGO and voluntary sector following a distinguished career with posts including Deputy Secretary General of Amnesty International. She specialises in management and evaluation projects. Mary leads on child protection with a particular expertise in review, evaluation and learning and technical support. She is also able to provide investigation support and training.
