This RSH Safe Programmes training package provides a step-by-step process to support a facilitator to deliver training on safe programmes. The training is suitable for up to 20 learners who are working in CSO programme teams and/or working as safeguarding leads in CSOs. The training aims to:
• Describe what is meant by the term safe programming and say who is kept safe.
• Describe the programme management cycle.
• Apply one stage of the programme management cycle to a scenario and discuss all stages of the programme management cycle.
